The kitchen operating system

You didn’t become a chef to do data entry.

The temps, the invoices, the ordering, the rota, the GP spreadsheet at midnight — MiseOS takes the paperwork side of a professional kitchen and runs it for you, so the hours go back into the cooking.

Built by a head chef who was sick of the paperwork.

Not a tech firm. A chef who built the thing he wished existed in his own kitchen — then made it work for everyone else’s. Every feature in MiseOS exists because a real service demanded it: the diary written by voice because your hands are full, the prices pulled from invoice photos because nobody types them in twice, the rota that knows what a Saturday actually costs.

So the craft gets your hours back — and so does the family.

A day, told twice.

Same kitchen. Same service. The only thing that changes is where the paperwork lives.

With MiseOS
06:45
Walk-in temps on a damp clipboard, by torchlight, before the ovens are even on.
Say the temps to your phone as you pass. Logged, dated, filed. Done before the coffee.
07:30
A stack of invoices on the spike. What did hake cost this week? Nobody’s sure.
Take a photo of the invoice. Every price lands in the larder, every GP re-adjusts itself — and it tells you when one moves.
10:00
Prep list written from memory. The gaps won’t show until the middle of service.
The prep run is already written — from what actually sold, what’s in the walk-in, and what’s landing on today’s deliveries.
14:30
Between services, on the phone to three suppliers, hoping you remembered the cut-offs.
The order sheet is drafted and routed to the right supplier. Read it, tap send, back to the section.
17:00
"Chef, am I in Saturday?" Texts, a photo of a paper rota, no answer about holiday.
The rota’s shared, requests come to you tidily, and you can see what the week truly costs — NI, pension, holiday, all of it.
23:40
The GP spreadsheet, at the kitchen table, again.
It’s been right all day. Go home.

What it takes off your hands.

A larder of 2,000+ ingredients, all priced

Updated automatically off your invoice photos — GPs re-adjust themselves, and you’re told when they move.

The whole EHO side, spoken not written

Diary, temps and safe methods logged by voice as you work — halves the time. An inspection-ready pack on demand.

Ordering & mise en place, fully automated

It knows your sales, your wastage, your goods-in and when each delivery lands — and writes both for you.

Staff rota, automated

With the real labour cost baked in — NI, pension and holiday on-costs against real takings, not a guess.

Sous, your AI chef

Think through dishes and menus with her; she costs them, writes recipes, adds them to menus and builds the allergen matrix.

Your whole brigade, free

Unlimited team members on every kitchen, at no extra cost. Everyone sees what they should — and nothing they shouldn’t.

See it in a real kitchen.

The film is being shot in a working kitchen now — 90 seconds, no actors.
Until then, the demo kitchen is open: no sign-up, nothing to install.

Pricing that fits on a postcard.

£59 a month per kitchen — every feature, your whole team, no contracts. More than one kitchen? Second onwards £49. Pause any kitchen out of season for £0.

£59 /month per kitchen
  • Everything included. No tiers, no "contact us", no feature behind a bigger number.
  • Unlimited team members, free. The brigade is part of the kitchen, not a per-seat bill.
  • Second kitchen onwards £49 on the same account. 10% off if you pay annually.
  • Pause out of season for £0 — your data waits for you.
  • Free trial, no card. And the demo kitchen is free forever — no sign-up at all.

The honest bit.

Chefs can smell a hard sell. So, plainly:

MiseOS evidences your food safety — it doesn’t perform it. The diary, the temps and the pack make your diligence visible and inspection-ready. The cooking, the checking and the standards remain yours, and judging them remains your EHO’s job. No software can promise an inspection outcome, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

Sous is an AI. She’s a fast, useful kitchen brain — but she drafts and you decide. Recipes, costings and allergen matrices she produces are for a chef to check, the same way you’d check any commis’s work.

Your prices are as good as your paperwork. The larder prices come from your own invoices. Photograph them and everything stays true; don’t, and it will honestly tell you what’s gone stale rather than guess.

Leaving is easy. No contracts, export your data, pause at £0. If MiseOS isn’t earning its £59, it doesn’t deserve it.

Two minutes in the demo kitchen tells you more than this page can.

Works on the phone in your whites. Nothing to install.
